In a landmark event for Kerala’s educational infrastructure, the new building of the Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Pullangode was officially inaugurated on January 27, 2024. This significant occasion was marked by the presence of Kerala’s Honorable Sports Minister, Shri V. Abdurahiman. The ceremony was presided over by Vandoor Constituency MLA, Shri A.P. Anil Kumar.

Successfully executed by INKEL Ltd., one of the best PMCs in Kerala, this project is a testament to their commitment to enhancing educational facilities. The new structure spans approximately 8070 square feet, with the ground and first floors each covering 295.23 square meters. The second floor extends over 135.16 square meters, and a terrace area of 23.82 square meters is also included.

The building comprises seven high school classrooms, a room exclusively for girls, and well-furnished toilet facilities for both boys and girls. These features underscore the importance of an inclusive and comfortable learning environment.

In recognition of their commendable work, INKEL received a token of appreciation from the staff and Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of GHSS Pullangode. This gesture highlights the significant impact of the project on the school community.

The inauguration of this facility not only adds to the physical infrastructure but also reflects the government’s dedication to improving educational standards. The new building at GHSS Pullangode is set to be a cornerstone in providing a nurturing and resourceful educational experience for students.
