Pinarayi Vijayan.The esteemed chief guests included the Minister for Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes Shri. K. Radhakrishnan, Revenue and Housing Minister K. Rajan, Minister for Higher Education Dr. R. Bindu, Minister for Public Works and Tourism, Shri. P. A. Mohammed Riyas, Member of Parliament, Alathur Ramya Haridas and the event was presided over by the Honourable Health and Family Welfare Minister Smt. Veena George.
