Inkel Limited and Kerala State Industrial Enterprises Limited has setup a Joint Venture company by name Inkes trade Centre Ltd on 15.12.2014 for commercial development of 138.24 cents of land in Thycaud village, Thiruvananthapuram which was under the possession of KSIE.

As per the Government order and the consequential shareholders agreement Inkel has the responsibility of project implementation authority.
The building project was obtained from corporation of Thiruvananthapuram and the project is about to kick start.

The Authorized share capital of the company is Rs 20 crores and paid up capital is Rs 5 Crores.
