INKEL KSIDC Projects Ltd
INKEL KSIDC Projects Limited (INKID), is a joint venture between INKEL Limited and Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) incorporated on 24.02.2010, with a paid up capital of Rs. 24.76 crores, setup with the main objective of land infrastructure development for industrial purposes.
Two land parcels, at Angamaly and Malappuram, were handed over to INKID by the Government for development on long lease for a period of 90 years, which were developed with State-of the art infrastructure facilities:
• Angamaly: 30 acres of land
• Malappuram: 170.39 acres of land
On receipt of the land from Government, Inkel KSIDC projects Limited developed the said property to industrial parks with all amenities and a major portion of the land is already leased out. Till Financial Year 2020-21 INKEL KSIDC Projects Limited, leased out entire land at Angamaly & 150.39 acres land is leased out at Malappuram to various small scale and medium scale industries and educational institutions.
