INKEL Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd is a subsidiary of INKEL Limited, an innovative Public Private Partnership (PPP) company promoted by the Government of Kerala and prominent global investors and Indian industrialists. Acting as a key link between the state government and the private sector, INKEL has played a significant role in bringing in large-scale private investment in infrastructure development under government control.
The Board of Directors of INKEL comprises a galaxy of prominent personalities in the field of administration, infrastructure development, and trade & commerce, including directors, Managing Director, and Chairman nominated by the Government of Kerala. Currently, the Board of Directors of the Company is headed by Shri P. Rajeeve, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Law, and Coir, Govt. of Kerala, as the Chairman. The other board members are Dr. Ellangovan K IAS, Former Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. of Kerala, Department of Industries & Norka as Managing Director, Mr. Suman Billa IAS, Principal Secretary (Industries & Norka), Mr. Varghese Kurian, Mr. C.V Rappai, Mr. Jayakrishnan Krishna Menon, Mr. Mohamed Althaf, Mr. Jacob Kovoor Ninan, and Ms. Geethakumary, as Directors.
