INKEL has been honoured at KIIFB@25, the silver-jubilee celebrations of the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board, for exemplary performance in implementing KIIFB-funded projects across the state.
The recognition was received by Dr. K. Ellangovan, Managing Director, INKEL, from Shri K. N. Balagopal, Hon’ble Minister of Finance, Government of Kerala, in the august presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Pinarayi Vijayan.
For over a decade, INKEL has delivered bankable, audit-ready projects by applying a governance-first PMC model—tight scope control, design accuracy, stage-gate reviews, and milestone-based reporting. This operating discipline aligns with KIIFB’s execution and compliance framework, enabling predictable progress from plan to commissioning.
KIIFB is Kerala’s principal vehicle for financing and monitoring high-impact infrastructure. As an executing/implementing agency on KIIFB-funded projects, INKEL adopts KIIFB’s standards—from DPR to project execution, formal communication loops with end-users, and documented QA/QC—while reporting transparently against milestones. The result is clean handovers at scale and infrastructure that serves citizens sooner.
“This recognition reflects our team’s commitment to disciplined delivery and transparent reporting. We remain focused on assets that are good for Kerala and built to last.”
— Dr. K. Ellangovan, Managing Director, INKEL

Transparent reporting: Milestone-linked updates and documentation that stand up to audit.
Public impact: Faster commissioning of schools, health facilities, roads, and civic infrastructure that communities rely on.
